• It has Windows but you have to purchase Microsoft office suite separately.

• It does NOT have Windows because it uses the Android operating system. This is NOT a Windows tablet. And as far as I know there is no Android version of Microsoft Office (though I have have heard rumors that they may at some point release one), but there are no doubt a number of low-cost if not free Office-compatible apps.
