“My tablet powers off after a few mins. When I power back up.. the battery still has a charge. What is going on and how to fix it? it is a DL 1023 - Brought in Folsom CA about 2 -3 years ago.”

Don't really know. This was my first time buying this brand read the reviews and took a chance but also took out a 3year Geek service plan.
