It's a glitch! Temperamental! Push firmly in then allow it to eject. If it doesn't come out all the way, grab a pair of tweezers and gentle grab hold to pull gently and slide it out. My best advice, if purchase is less than 14 days, return it. You'll be happier when you get rid of it!
