• If you already bought it from Best Buy, you’re screwed unfortunately. Despite being listed on the official Bandai website as a retailer for the launch bonus, they aren’t doing it nor accepting returns for not giving us the bonus. Buy it from GameStop or Amazon!

• submit your receipt to bandai namco via a ticket and they will verify your purchase. You can either screenshot your receipt from the website where you purchased the game or upload a pic of your physical receipt.
