“Would this be good for a person with Parkinsons/ tremors?”

• If they want to set the tripod down so that they’re not holding the camera to help them capture steady images; then yes this would be a smart buy. They might still need help setting it up with all of the little plugs and knobs. But they will have to set it up every time.

• This item helps to stabilize your device when shooting video while moving. I can not speak as to how it would work with a specific individual afflicted with Parkinsons.
