“So I plug my battery in and plug in the charger it charges up then just goes to a black screen can anyone help me”

• Wish I could help but mine is doing the same thing. It never charges the battery. Good luck.

• Hello- Try plugging the charger into the wall without the battery inserted, after the battery meter flashes across the screen and disappears THEN insert the battery as directed.
