• Are you sure the one you bought was complete? I was missing the one plate I needed after I got home and had to return it and they gave me a new one but I opened that one before I left the store just to make sure they were all there. Just a thought mistakes happen :-) Best buy was really great about the whole thing, that is one of the reasons I shop their. Customer service is everything!
