No, They are individual figures. The price is for just a single random figure.

Unfortunately it does not come as a set, they are individual, I received Woody and actually pretty good size. They are random selected and sent to you without knowing what you’re receiving.

They do not. I think the gist is that you order and the decision of what you received is based off of what’s in inventory. I thought the same thing and received (2) characters from the movie, but it wasn’t either of the ones advertised. I’m okay with it, because my son loves all the characters and it only cost $9.99.

No it’s only one character figure. If your ordering online you don’t get to pick what character they will just send a random one
