I’ve bought refurbished for some time now. Just make sure to read the actual items and description when you buy it should layout your warranty and all. All items I have looked brand new.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy's version of refurbished is pre-owned. Not all refurbished items work well and may have blemishes. They do not thoroughly check the items as I received a drone with no propellers that was labeled "refurbished".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently returned a Mini 3 Pro Geek Squad Certified Refurbished. Well, it had damage right out of the box. The light on one of the arms was busted and the covering of the light was missing and it was exposing the internals. Hopefully i bought another Geek Squad Certified Refurbished this time it is the Mavic 3 Classic with Remote Controller with Built in screen. I guess we will see when i get it next week?? The guy at Best Buy says it is the roll of the dice pretty much.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.New is New, inside of sealed box, 99.9% chance that it will work (0.1% of back luck). Refurbish it is supposed to be some bought open the box, something happen like: dint work, or dint liked, or crash, or bought din't liked and return. My guess here is: Bestbuy sell the Geek Squad plan were if any thing happen with your product, they will fix for you or you can return. In my case i bought one that probably the battery wasn't charging and was returned, and they look to the drone, ignore that was a problem and they re-sell as "refurbish" I'm 99% sure that in my case they just open the box, it was all there and they put back to sell. they don't even reset the drone, because i could see were the drone fly before and the name of the previous owner and the date that last fly... Anyway... i'm not buying again..
