You can only LEGALLY fly 400ft high and you are suppose to keep it in sight. Illegally it can go around 3.5 miles away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have a good question the same way I had before purchasing this Mavic. This drone will fly probably a lot higher than 400 feet ... and from my research it could go further in a straight path of about 5.5 to 6 miles out and back on a single battery. Provided that you have already have practiced traveling further and increase each time just so you won't loose your Mavic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not very far with just remote control ( maybe 80 Ft). With phone connected - can go 400 ft high and 5 miles away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mavic 2 has a maximum range of up to 5mi while maintaining HD video feed and control. Please refer to local airspace regulations when determining safe altitudes at which to fly. Fly safe and have fun!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In the USA you are limited to altitude of 200 ft. But it can fly much higher. Depending upon terrain it can fly 4 1/2 miles away but that is under ideal conditions. According to US regulations you should always be able to eyeball the drone, you’re not going to eyeball it at 4 1/2 miles away.
