Your biggest concern should be does the country I’m flying to allow individuals to have a drone and if so what are the laws and rules. I’ve read that some places like the Bahamas for example have outlawed drones. If you get off the plane in the Bahamas with a drone it will be confiscated. I don’t know if they give it back when you leave or if they just keep it. Better find out the rules of drones in the country you want to travel to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends on the laws of both countries, but for passenger aircraft arriving or departing US I believe the limit is 99-100Wh. The drone batteries are about 40Wh so they're fine, but you might only be able to carry two. I don't know if the limit is total or per-battery, check with the airline.
