• It absolutely should! I am able to use my LG V40 and the dimensions of the two are almost identical. iPhone 11 Pro Max: 6.22"x3.06"x.32" LG V40: 6.25"x2.98"x.31"

• Yes, I have to take it out of my Otterbox case then it fits no problem.
