If this is your first drone, that will be a very stressing moment, but actually nothing bad happens. The phone will sound, and the screen will switch to the caller ID. If you have a hands free headset, you will be able to answer the call, if not, the smart thing to do would be reject the call and keep flying. Just go back to the app for that. You keep full control of the drone with the joysticks the whole time.
