What distance can this fly from remote? null

I had mine set at unlimited distance but it would not go but 165 feet and would say reached limit. It said something about payload mode which I can not find any info on.

That depends, video loss comes before flight distance is reached. Wi-fi is used to communicate so clear reception is important. Lots of different factors control distance and signal strength.

I’ve seen YouTube videos with 2.5 to 3.5 miles out and back on one battery.
