• It does not need to be FAA registered as it’s just below the weight requirement. But... you still have to follow all of the FAA drone rules. Just because it’s small you aren’t allowed to fly over people, sports events or close to airports. Activate... you’ll need the smartphone/device app which will in effect activate/register it with DJI

• Also even if you add a custome sticker it makes it over the weight, also if you put the propeller guards on.
