No That was my biggest pet peeve with my older drones and I was about to order the cheaper model but stuck with the nicer remote with the screen. It’s very nice and you will not have to deal with any bull you’ve previously experienced. Also I did not know this at the time but it has built-in GPS so I don’t even need to use my phone. I hope it does not have issues in the future because I’m really fond of it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s fairly bright. Afternoons are no issue. Maybe 12 o clock sun would hamper visibility, but only marginally. I would say it’s a non issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dear customer, Thank you for your inquiry. You can set the brightness to a fixed value. Also, we would recommend avoid being exposed directly under the sunlight. Best Regards, DJI Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The screen stays bright under the sun at all times. The peak brightness is 700 nits. On DJI's website they call it long-lasting brightness. I've used mine in the sun a few times and never had it dimmed on me. A great reason to get this combo.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Just tilt the screen/unit in your hand slightly to remove any sun glare.
