They have 2 different batteries. The 47min battery, you must register your drone with faa. The 35min you dont as it is sun 250g.

The intelligent battery Plus will give you flight time beyond the 33 minutes I've gotten as much as 40 minutes but that puts the weight of the drone at about 285 g which is out of the ultralight category and technically requires a part 107 license to fly
