Will this work with an iPad mini? null

No, the DJI OSMO 4 is not designed to work with any size of tablets per DJI's official website. See DJI's official document for full list of the compatible devices: https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/DJI%20OM%204/DJI_OM_4_Mobile_Phone_Compatibility_List_en1.pdf

There is a magnet attachment provided with this that sticks to the back of any device. Placing the iPad mini in landscape mode and attaching the magnet to the iPad mini should work just fine.
