It will follow you when using active track mode but if you’re trying to record a sporting event it’s difficult to track the whole court. It’s easier to use the joystick to rotate back and forth

Button Trigger (Applicable to Osmo Mobile Series gimbals configured with the DJI Mimo App): Simply tap the "Trigger" button; 2. Screen Selection (Applicable to Osmo Mobile Series gimbals configured with the DJI Mimo App): In the Camera page of the DJI Mimo App, directly select the subject to start tracking; 3. PalmControl (Applicable to Osmo Mobile Series gimbals configured with the DJI Mimo App): In the Camera page of the DJI Mimo App, make a "Palm" or "V" Gesture towards the phone Lens to trigger "Follow + Shoot"; 4. Intelligent Recognition : Can intelligently recognize multiple subjects, tap lightly to select a subject, and start following; you can also quickly switch the follow subject by tapping different recognition frames. 5. Multifunctional Module : After mounting the "DJI OM 7 Series Magnetic Phone Clamp" and "DJI OM Multifunctional Module", you can make a palm Gesture to the Lens of the "Tracking Module" to start ActiveTrack.
