Yes, you can use the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P without the DJI Mimo app. Please note that, if you activates the device without logging into the DJI Mimo app with a DJI account, that is, performs a silent activation, the activation information will not include DJI account details. Even if you logs into the DJI Mimo app with a DJI account later, the device's activation information will not include the DJI account.
