• Different propellers that reduce sound, different motors that also reduce sound, and the main difference is the wireless technology that connects the controller and the drone. The Phantom 4 Pro has Lightbridge and the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Has Ocusync. In my experience Ocusync is a big improvement in reliability over Lightbridge, but not worth the upgrade if you already own the Phantom 4 Pro.

• The V2 is 60% quieter than the original 4 Pro, it now has OcuSync (just like the Mavic Pro), it has new infrared sensing technology and most importantly is the new 1" CMOS with a mechanical shutter.
