Different propellers that reduce sound, different motors that also reduce sound, and the main difference is the wireless technology that connects the controller and the drone. The Phantom 4 Pro has Lightbridge and the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Has Ocusync. In my experience Ocusync is a big improvement in reliability over Lightbridge, but not worth the upgrade if you already own the Phantom 4 Pro.
