• Yes, the Steelbook does include the Director's cut. Other sites have posted images of the actual Steelbook package and it does confirm that this version includes the Director's Cut on the Blu Ray disc and as a digital download. The 4k disc includes the Theatrical Cut(which is also available as a digital download).

• Steel book includes theatrical version on 4k, 152 minutes. Directors cut on blu ray, 180 minutes.

• I have the steelbook version and I love it. It does have the 4K movie in great video quality, and it comes with the blu-ray version with the director's cut.
