“I preordered the Standard Edition of Doom physical. I picked up the order and there is no code inside the case for DOOM 64. Am I going to receive an email with the code? Is DOOM 64 included as a preorder bonus at Best Buy?”

Yes it is included, I had the same issue. If you call support they can email you the code. Good luck, it took me three days on the phone with them, but it's worth it I guess.

There is a link on the bottom of the Best Buy Home Page. Once there, register for an account & go to the Best Buy Gaming Forums. Once there, there should be a section titled Gaming Support. On that specific forum, there are instructions to leave specific information (Best Buy.com Order Number if it is an online order, Order Number on the receipt if it is a In Store purchase) & they will follow up and send you a code within a business day or two.
