According to certificate included with game it is a prepaid Visa card. "Cards do not have cash access...can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted." A factory sealed, new copy of Doom Slayers and Doom Eternal are required. Along with proper submission of ORIGINAL documentation: sales receipts, upc's, and certificate, etc. Keep copies for your records. Doom Eternal must be purchased before end of promotion period 4/30/2020. Submissions must be postmarked by 05/08/2020. Hope that helps. "The candy man can."

According to the terms, as long as you have receipts for both games and cut out the UPC barcodes of both games, then you will receive the rebate after sending in the rebate sheet found in the Doom collection with all of these items included.
