• My experience was that the electrical connection has to already be in place by and they will only connect the oven to it.

• Depends on the installers; the guys who installed my double ovens were great! They found the electrical box and were able to turn the electric off during installation and on again after installation. They measured the cable from the ovens going to the electric box to make sure it was long enough.
