HI,
Typically, unless there is a preorder card or you can print a ticket from the automated kiosk (If your BB store has this) then you may be unable to pre-order. However, always try to provide the SKU number to the cashier to see if an item is available to pre-order. For DQ: Heroes II the SKU is 5709024. I have have had luck in the past pre-ordering with only a SKU number. Good luck!

All of the first (and probably only) printing of the game are the Explorer's Edition with the included DLC. It's nothing more than marketing.

Usually only preorders are done online. With that said I have been in a store and just used my Best Buy app to preorder.
