Thank you for your question! They should be able to however it would be a good idea to work with us in conjunction since setup can be tricky sometimes based on what signal is available outside. The user manual is in the package for a reason and should be looked at prior to installing. We strongly recommend doing a soft install before running cables permanently to get the correct distance away from the booster and also to see if it's working correctly. That way once the permanent install is done, you know where to place the antennas for the unit to function properly and that it'll work for you. Keep in mind that when there's lower signal available, you may have to have the phone up against the inside antenna for it to receive the signal at an acceptable level.
