“Why can't I use my Best Buy certificate to purchase this Dunkin gift card? Earned those points and should be able to use for whatever I like. Find this totally unfair. Why have something for sale on website but not allow purchase with a certificate?”

Bestbuy has the policy, not allow to use the points for gift card, I have the same experiences.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy used to allow you to purchase gift cards using your rewards. I think they stopped that about a year or 2 ago. I was surprised they did allow that because you can't use earned points to purchase gift cards in any other store. You do earn rewards on the purchase of gift cards which I think is a pretty good deal.
