This does have a plug for India and a Voltage convertor. It looks like your tablet uses a low wattage setting for charging. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 Watts. You might want to verify with Samsung that it draws 25 Watts or less. As long as it does, this set will work for your charging needs in India.
