“Doesn't seem to be working? I've been using this power pack off and on for a few days now, and it doesn't seem to be working. I've cycled the battery 2 or 3 times now, but the biggest charge I've gotten out of it was 2% on my phone battery. How long does the power pack need to be charged? How many cycles before it should work properly? Might I have a defective model?”

Sounds defective mine charges fine but sometimes i have to reverse connection input!!

Look at as a way to extend your time on your phone. 2000mAH is not a lot when you consider how much power your phone is using.

I do believe dynex has a 1 year manufacturers warranty, so you should be able to bring it into Best Buy and exchange it for another one.

You should also check the capacity of the battery you are trying to charge to get a good idea of how much charge to expect out of the battery. This Dynex battery has a capacity of 2000 mAh.
