You can plug it into your computer or any other charging station. After 2 hours its ready to use again.

There is an included charging cord, a short one, and you just plug it or any other micro USB cord into the charger and plug the other one into your cellphone charging brick. In other words, when you are charging the device, you plug the small side into the small port, and the regular USB into a cell phone plug that plugs into the wall. And when you're ready to charge a device from the battery charger you reverse the plug and plug the regular-sized USB into the USB standard of the battery device and use the micro USB to charge whatever device you're trying to charge, hopefully this makes sense.

Your DYNEX DX-2604 comes with an approximately 12" cable with a standard Type-A USB plug (the wide one) on one end and a micro-B plug (the small, narrow one) on the other end. Plug the small micro-B plug into the small port on the end of the Dynex charger. You can slow-charge the charger by plugging the other end (Type-A USB plug) into your desktop or laptop computer's standard Type-A USB port, or you can quick-charge the charger by plugging the Type-A USB plug into the port of a standard Type-A USB charger, which plugs directly into a wall electrical outlet. Even a quick-charge may take an hour.

Your package should have come with a 6" cord (usb on one end and micro usb on the other end). You can plug this into any female USB port to charge the portable device, but plugging it directly into the wall will allow it to charge faster.

Basically, it comes with a cable that plugs into the charger and has a USB on the other end to plug in somewhere. I plug the USB into the little box that came with my phone charger and plug it right in the wall.

Use the cord to plug it into your laptop to charge or use a USB wall plug to plug the charger into a wall outlet

This is recharged with the USB cord.
