“What are the characteristics of this cable that make it "in- wall" ---- does it perform differently from other HDMI cables?”

• The outer coating and insulation are made of polyethylene instead of vinyl so it doesn't produce toxic gas in a fire. It is also stiffer so you can potentially feed it through a wall. The electrical and data performance are similar to a regular (soft) cable but it is a bit tougher mechanically.

• We just assumed it was the length. We used it in an office environment to attach a Television to a Laptop. Works perfectly!
