Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is simple dx-dvdpr25 is Dynex pack with 25 blank cd and it's in dvd+r dx-dvdmr25 is Dynex pack with 25 blank cd's and it's in dvd-r do you see the difference? First one is the Plus and the second one is a Dash which a dvd player won't care what format it is written but in a dvd recorder writer it does.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For all intents and purposes there is no difference to you the end user with current equipment. DVD-R and DVD +R are standards that most current equipment will handle seamlessly. You can read the spec online if your really into knowing what those differences are but it's safe to say that DVD-R had some kinks to be worked out and DVD+R worked them out. Now it's mostly done through hardware and the end user need not worry about the difference.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These differ in the format of the disks. For a full explanation, do a search of the term "dvd+r vs dvd-r". DVD-R is the original standard for DVD recordings. These disks should be able to be played back on any DVD player. Most modern players will accept either format, but you should check the specs of the equipment that you intend to play it back on before purchasing one or the other.
