• I believe the Google Pixel 3 uses a Type-C port for charging. So this cable will not be compatible with your phone. The cable you're looking for should look like this Insignia one I added to recommendations.

• No, This is for iPhones and Pixel 3 uses USB-C connector. So this will not work with Pixel 3.
