• Actually, the cable is only as fast as the charger you are using. The cable doesn't determine charge speed, the part you plug into the wall or 12 volt receptacle determines that.

• It takes about 50% longer to charge my LG G3 with this cable. However, I mainly charge overnight, so speed isn't always an issue. The only time I really notice a vast difference is while I'm streaming or watching dlc. Depending on the quality of the video I may see my battery charge as little as 10% per hour while watching. Still, it is a good alternative over spending major bucks to get a replacement OEM cable

• That depends on a lot of factors... the biggest one being whether you connect it to a wall adapter or plug into a computer. (You'll get a much faster charge using a wall adapter.) That said, this is a standard USB 2.0 cable.
