A:Answer i cant really answer that being i dont own a vizio 65'' tv....however, the dimensions are roughly 16 x 8 in inches (a little less) your tv probably has 4 holes in the back of it that are specifically for a wall mount, you can measure yourself & see what you come up with. in the end the wall mount fits most tv's, so for the $50 its a no brainer. if i was in need of another wall mount id go with the dynex. good luck.
