I have a laptop projecting to 2 dell monitors, i used a docking station to connect everything. The two dell monitors came with 2 HDMI CABLES, which where useless for what I was trying to accomplish; I needed and bought 2 HDMI TO DISPLAY hooked everything through docking station and set up was a breeze. I am sure there are different ways to accomplish what your needing without a docking station. I had to YouTube it. Hope that helps
