“Got some good answers BUT when I connect the USB from MACBOOK AIR to BLU RAY player's USB, how will I be SURE that I get the AUDIO from the Internet going through my BLU RAY audio connection to my receiver(amp.)???My main concern is the audio connection!”

Not really a cable question. Whatever is coming out of the USB-A female connection on you computer will be available at the other end of the cable at its USB-A female interface
