“I bought a Samsung sound bar and the opticle cable won't plug in all the way only half way but won't stay, same with tv .whats wrong?”

• Make sure the polarization (polarity) pin is aligned with the slot on the port. Try turning it 90 degrees each time; it can take a little effort for it to seat properly. if the door is broken off it will not stay in straight and work right.

• The cable will only go in one way so turn it slowly.while plugging in until it seats. And don't force it ;) .
