“Which maximum wattage is this adapter designed to work with? I'd like to use it to give power to a Kitchenaid I bought in USA and that will be used in Italy. This machine works @ 325 W, and I'm wondering: Is this wattage allowed by this adapter? If it works, do I have any kind of time bound using it?”

• It will depend on if the Kitchenaid is rated for both 110/120 V and 220/240 V. If it is only designed for single voltage, then you would need to use the adapter function as well. That is limited to 10 minutes at a time. We wouldn't recommend using it for long periods of time either way, but for short bursts it will be just fine. The Wattage is between 50 W and 1875 W.
