- Answer This product is intended for use abroad, not within the USA. If you are using this product in Germany, it should function without issue.

QuestionCompatibility of Converter unit. Model DX-TADPCONAdapter Converter Combo Model : DX-TADPCON. On the instruction sheet, it is mentioned that the converter should be used only for short periods. Not exceeding 10 minutes. Does that means that I can not use it to charge a battery? It usually takes 1 1/2 hour to charge my battery on a regular electric outlet in Canada. If I can not use this unit, do you have an other product to propose? Thanks in advance for your reply.

- Answer This product is intended for use with small appliances which are greater than 50W for a period not to exceed ten minutes. It is not intended for battery charging. Please review the included product for an alternative.

QuestionI've bought a 60" flatscreen TV. Will this help when I'm in Asia?Hello good people, I'm very very confused and came looking for professional answers. As black friday happened I got excited and bought me a 60 inch LED TV. I will be moving soon and I'm taking my new TV with me. I'll be going to Asia, where they use 220v, and the TV power consumption averages at 95v as advertised. TV will be on for long periods of time. Like maybe all-night every other night. So, you think this will keep things going smooth?

Questioncan i run a 110v, 200w hairdryer with this dynex adapter and converter (Model: DX-TADPCON) when plugged into a 220 volt outlet??>Can I use this device (Model: DX-TADPCON) with a curling iron that is rated 110 volts, 200 watts? I'll use it in the Middle East, where the standard voltage is 220 volts. Will it deliver 200 watts of power?

Questiondid i destroy the device?I plugged the All-in-one Adapter and Converter Combo unit into an Italian outlet then connected a power strip. When I turned the power strip on, it tripped every circut in the hotel suite and a burnt smell came from the strip. When all circuts were restored, I plugged in your unit again but my electrical devices wouldn't work. Did I destroy the unit or is there something I can do to make it work again?

- Answer YOU NEEDED A POWER CONVERTER, THEIR POWER IS DISTRIBUTED IN A DIFFERENT AMOUNT SO THE 6 PLUG PROBABLY PULLED TO MUCH AT ONE TIME, I HAD A COMBO POWER AND OUTLET CONVERTER AND IT WORKED GREAT YOU JUST CAN'T TRY TO DO SO MUCH, OR ASK THE DESK WHAT IS THE RIGHT WAY.

QuestionMay I use that Adapter Converter more than 10 minutes?I saw in the user guide that maximum duration is 10 minutes. This is not really helpful when you want to charge batteries of an iPhone for example. Is there a way to use it more than 10 minutes to full charge my batteries?
