• No. This adapter is for connecting an HDMI device to a desktop computer's video card via the DisplayPort (laptops don't usually have a DisplayPort output. Also this adapter is one-directional, therefore it only outputs what you are doing on the computer ONTO the device it's connected to (TV, monitor, etc.). Wacom One's do have bluetooth. Also I think you you are looking for a "bidirectional" adapter if anything, and this one you are asking about isn't that.
