• All this product does is plug into the audio input, and split the audio to two inputs. As long as your headphone jack works, this product will work just fine.

• Yes. Used it to watch movies and listen to music with my wife on a trip to cancun. Both used noise canceling headphones. Beats and Bose

• if your Ipad and Ipod have the stereo 3.5mm mini jack then yes.
