“A tv was already mounted on the wall with this wall bracket. I don’t know how to get the tv off the mount with out breaking it. Please help”

• The should be strings hanging from each side of the brackets that are on the t.v. that release it so you can lift it off of the bracket on the wall

• There are strings you can pull to release the TV from the mount. The release will allow you to tilt the TV up (pulling the bottom of the TV away from the wall) so that you can then lift the TV up from the bracket. The strings should hang from the TV mount behind the TV. The strings have a little magnet at the end to keep them tight to the bracket so they do not hang below the TV visible to the eye.
