• It has a bolt on each side that you use to tighten the tv to the frame. If you leave those two bolts lose you could slide the tv to the sides, but I wouldn’t just leave them lose that’s just an accident waiting to happen.

• The mount is fixed, but the brackets that attach to the tv can move horizontally in either direction as far as the mount allows.

• Yes, the mount does allow for some side to side movement. I have an LG instead of a Samsung but I can't see that making a difference.

• You can adjust the screen from one side to another but not at anytime you must loosen then adjust hope this helps
