• Yes this Antenna would work on a old TV as long as you have a TV converter box if your TV is a tube analog TV.

• It makes no difference how old the TV is. What matters is whether you have a digital tuner, and if it's a really old TV you with the old analog style tuner , you need a digital converter box tuner to get just about any tv station in the USA in the last 10 or more years. Every TV made in the last 8 to 10 years almost certainly has a digital tuner, some might have a digital and an analog tuner. Virtually all TV stations are transmitting digital signals these days, not the old analog type signals.

• If by old TV's you mean the analog TV then it does not work. I tried on my old TV (tube) and didn't work
