Does the Dyson airwrap work on very thick, very kinky black persons hair? And can it be used on hair extensions without causing any damage null

Honestly a friend of mine borrowed mine and she has super thick hair and complained how it sucked. But mine and my sister’s hair (which is average thickness) worked amazing. Haven’t tried it on any extensions though.
