“I bought a dyson airwrap from Australia. Its a 240V airwrap, im currently in Taiwan now ,and its electrical voltage supplies only to 110v . Is that the reason why my airwrap is not working ? Or someone broke it during the flight ?”

Hello CeeCee, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. (Same holds true for Australia, machines manufactured there are intended for use within the country). It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty.
