“Can't connect this to the V11 Torque cordless. I bought this attachment for my new dyson as it stated that it was compatible with the cordless models and this attachment is too big to go inside the wand. How do I get the right attachment? Help!”

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The articulating hard floor tool was not intended to connect with our cord-free machines; it's designed to work best with our upright and canister machines. Having said that, it can attach to the V11 with the use of an adaptor, which can be purchased directly through Dyson. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
