If you are finding that your Dyson Ball Animal 2 is no longer picking up debris from the base of the machine, or the wand/hose, it's likely you're losing suction. • My machine is still very new, the suction is very strong on this model. No complaints. I would say that if you don’t see dirt dust and pet hair after you vacuum then you might lose suction. There are two filters within the model that you were supposed to clean monthly, so as long as you maintain the product it should continue at its best
